Contest Rules

Eligibility:

The contest starts September 1st 2024 and is open to all Chatspin registered members. You must be over 18 years of age and the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter.

Heart Accumulation:

Members can earn hearts by engaging in genuine conversations with other users. Any attempt to artificially inflate heart counts (e.g., using bots, scripts, or other automated methods) will result in disqualification.

Monthly Reset:

The competition resets on the first day of each month, giving all participants an equal chance to win.

Winning Selection:

Winners will be selected at random from the list of top 100 members on the last day of each month.

Prize Acceptance:

Winners will be required to respond to the prize notification within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your prize.

Publicity Release:

By participating in the contest, winners agree to the use of their names and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

No Purchase Necessary:

Purchasing any product or service will not increase your chances of winning.

Cheating and Circumvention:

Any attempts to manipulate, cheat, hack, or circumvent the rules will lead to disqualification and potential account suspension.
