Reward Program Terms

2 Eligibility and availability

To participate, a user must:

• have a registered Chatspin account in good standing;
• be at least 18 years old and the legal age of majority where the user resides;
• provide accurate account and contact information;
• comply with the Terms of Service and these Program Terms; and
• reside in a location where the Program and applicable rewards are available.

The Program, particular rewards, or gift-card fulfillment may be unavailable in certain locations because of applicable law, sanctions, provider availability, currency limitations, fraud controls, or technical limitations.

Nothing in these Program Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

3 Tokens

Tokens may be earned through eligible Chatspin activities, including daily activity, qualifying chats, referral rewards, streak milestones, promotions, and other activities displayed within the Services.

Tokens:

• are for use only within Chatspin;
• have no cash value;
• are nontransferable;
• cannot be redeemed for cash; and
• may expire twelve months after the date each Token credit is issued, where permitted by law.

Tokens unlocked through Mystery Boxes or Crown Vault rewards are added to the user's regular Token balance and may be used to open additional Mystery Boxes or access other eligible features.

4 How Mystery Boxes work

Chatspin offers separate Common and Rare Mystery Box reward paths.

When a user opens a Mystery Box:

• the displayed Token cost is deducted;
• the user advances one position on the applicable reward path; and
• the reward assigned to that position is unlocked.

Common and Rare Boxes have separate costs, progression counters, reward ranges, and paths.

Box-opening animations and visual effects are for presentation only and do not determine or alter the reward.

5 Reward information

The Mystery Box interface may identify:

• available reward categories;
• minimum and maximum reward ranges;
• box costs;
• Crown Vault progress;
• completion bonuses;
• the current daily opening limit; and
• other material Program information.

Rewards may include:

• Tokens;
• Plus membership days;
• digital gift cards where available;
• collectible Crowns;
• virtual masks; and
• Crown Vault completion rewards.

Chatspin is not required to display the exact order of future rewards. The interface will accurately disclose the available reward categories, advertised maximum rewards, box costs, and material restrictions.

6 Daily opening limits

Chatspin limits the number of Mystery Boxes a user may open during each calendar day. The current limit applicable to the user will be displayed within the Services.

Opening limits may differ by membership level. Plus members may receive a higher daily opening limit than standard members, as displayed in the Services.

Chatspin may increase or decrease generally applicable opening limits prospectively for testing, fraud prevention, security, responsible-use controls, operational requirements, economic balancing, or legal compliance.

Attempts to evade opening limits through multiple accounts, automated activity, device manipulation, VPNs, or other circumvention are prohibited.

7 Reward-path changes

Chatspin may modify future reward positions, reward types, reward values, box costs, reward ranges, or progression-path length globally and prospectively.

Changes will:

• apply consistently to all users on the then-current path;
• not alter a completed opening;
• not remove a valid reward already unlocked; and
• not be applied individually to change a particular user's next outcome.

A user does not acquire a right to an undisclosed future reward merely by progressing toward a later position.

The reward path in effect at the time an opening is completed controls that opening.

8 Crown design and Crown Vault changes

Chatspin may add Crown Vault levels and may update Crown names, designs, artwork, or the Crown assigned to a particular collection position. When a Crown design or type is replaced, users who previously unlocked that collection position may receive the replacement Crown automatically.

Chatspin may modify future Crown Vault completion bonuses globally, including while users are progressing through a level. The completion bonus displayed and in effect when the user completes the level will be the applicable reward.

Changes will not remove a Crown Vault reward that was already unlocked.

9 Progression cycles

Mystery Box progression remains active until modified, suspended, or discontinued.

When a progression cycle is completed:

• the cycle resets;
• the user may begin the next cycle;
• the user may unlock another Crown; and
• Crown Vault collection progress continues.

Crown Vault levels are not seasonal. Chatspin may add more levels, update level names or designs, and modify future completion bonuses.

10 Crown Vault

The Crown Vault is a collection-based reward feature. Users collect Crowns through Mystery Box progression.

Completing the Crown requirements for a level may unlock:

• a designated level Crown;
• bonus Tokens;
• access to the next Crown Vault level; or
• another displayed digital reward.

Current Crown Vault levels, requirements, artwork, names, and completion rewards are shown within the Services. These may be modified prospectively under Sections 7 and 8.

Each collectible Crown position may ordinarily be completed once per account unless otherwise stated. Plus membership days, Tokens, and gift-card denominations may be awarded repeatedly.

11 Plus membership rewards

When Plus membership days are unlocked:

• if the user has no active Plus membership, the unlocked period begins when credited;
• if the user has active Plus membership, the unlocked period is added to the current expiration date; and
• receiving Plus days does not create a new paid subscription or automatic renewal.

Plus membership days may be awarded repeatedly and may accumulate without a Program-imposed maximum.

Plus rewards are personal, nontransferable, and not redeemable for cash.

12 Digital gift cards

Digital gift cards may be available at designated progression positions where supported by Chatspin's gift-card fulfillment provider.

Gift-card availability may vary by country, currency, denomination, provider inventory, and applicable law. The interface may identify the countries or regions in which gift cards are currently available.

To receive a gift card, a user must:

• have an eligible account in good standing;
• reside in a supported location;
• provide a valid email address;
• satisfy any legally required age, residency, identity, sanctions, tax, or fraud verification; and
• comply with the terms of the fulfillment provider and gift-card issuer.

Gift cards may be fulfilled through Tremendous or another provider. The provider may email the user a claim link and require acceptance of its terms.

13 Users in unsupported gift-card regions

Users in unsupported gift-card regions follow the same general progression path. At a progression position that provides a gift card in a supported region, an unsupported-region user will instead receive the Token bonus designated by Chatspin for that position.

The replacement Token amount will be displayed or credited automatically and may vary according to the gift-card denomination being replaced.

14 Gift-card delivery and claims

When an eligible user unlocks a gift card:

• Chatspin records the reward;
• Chatspin submits the fulfillment request to its provider;
• the provider sends claim or redemption instructions to the user's registered email address; and
• the reward status may be updated based on provider notifications.

The user is responsible for keeping a current email address, checking spam or filtered folders, protecting the claim link, and complying with the provider's instructions and deadlines.

Gift-card claim periods, redemption deadlines, expiration rules, and issuer restrictions are governed by the applicable provider's and issuer's terms, subject to applicable law.

15 Technical issues and reward questions

Users should report a missing or incorrectly credited reward through the support method available on Chatspin's Contact page.

Chatspin may review server-side progression records, transaction history, reward-path version, and fulfillment status.

Server-side Program records control over client-side animations, temporary display errors, or interrupted sessions.

A visual or display error does not independently create entitlement to a reward not assigned to the completed progression position. Chatspin will provide the properly assigned reward and any additional remedy required by law.

16 Fraud and abuse

Chatspin may delay, withhold, reverse, or cancel Tokens, progression, or rewards obtained through:

• bots, scripts, macros, or automation;
• manipulated or fabricated chat activity;
• duplicate or coordinated accounts;
• self-referrals or referral abuse;
• exploitation of technical errors;
• false age, location, identity, or contact information;
• circumvention of earning or opening limits;
• fraudulent gift-card activity; or
• other violations of the Terms of Service.

High-value rewards may be held for reasonable fraud, eligibility, sanctions, or tax review.

17 Winner notifications

Chatspin may display genuine reward activity within the Services.

Winner notifications may include:

• the user's country;
• the reward unlocked; and
• a small profile thumbnail previously provided for display within Chatspin.

Notifications will not display the user's full legal name, email address, exact address, or other sensitive information.

18 Taxes and verification

Users are responsible for taxes that may apply to rewards under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Chatspin, Tremendous, a gift-card issuer, or another service provider may request tax, identity, age, residency, or other information where required by law, sanctions rules, fraud controls, or provider policy.

19 Program changes and discontinuation

Chatspin may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, a Mystery Box, a Crown Vault level, or a reward category prospectively for legitimate legal, security, technical, operational, economic, or business reasons.

If the Program is discontinued:

• valid rewards already unlocked remain subject to fulfillment, except where obtained through fraud, abuse, error, or prohibited activity;
• incomplete progression and future unearned rewards may be canceled;
• users do not acquire ownership rights in incomplete progression or future rewards; and
• unused Tokens remain governed by the Terms of Service and applicable law.

20 International availability and mandatory rights

The Program and individual rewards are offered only where legally and technically available.

Reward availability may differ by country. Where a gift-card reward is unavailable, an eligible replacement Token reward may be provided as described in Section 13.

Nothing in these Program Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer protection, statutory guarantee, remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

21 Privacy and service providers

Personal information may be used to:

• operate reward progression;
• verify eligibility;
• prevent fraud;
• fulfill gift cards;
• grant Plus days;
• process support requests; and
• display permitted winner activity.

Chatspin may share necessary information with Tremendous, gift-card issuers, fraud-prevention providers, tax processors, identity-verification providers, hosting providers, and other service providers involved in operating the Program.

22 General terms

The dispute resolution, arbitration, governing law, class-action waiver, limitation-of-liability, and other general provisions in the Chatspin Terms of Service apply to these Program Terms, except where prohibited by applicable law.
