Prohibited Content Involving Minors
Chatspin strictly prohibits:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Grooming or sexual communication involving a minor
Any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or encourages the sexual exploitation of minors
Any account found engaging in such conduct will be subject to immediate and permanent termination.
Age Restriction
Chatspin is intended for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the service. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Reporting & Review Process
Chatspin provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report content or conduct that violates our policies, including suspected CSAM or exploitation involving minors.
Reports are reviewed in accordance with our Safety & Reporting Policy and Community Guidelines. Content determined to violate our policies is removed and appropriate enforcement action is taken.
Cooperation with Authorities
Where required by applicable law, confirmed instances of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) are reported to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant agencies.
